Success4JobSeekers(S4JS) is a non-profit organization which was mainly established for helping All India Freshers(BTech, MCA) who belong to rural,sub-urban,poor and underprivileged background for their first job in IT industry. Every student who connects to this organization are empowered to succeed. It was formed on 13th May, 2019. However, since its inception in 2011, it was being run as “DHIRAJ LEARNING CENTRE” by Mr. Dhiraj Singh Rajput – “A Motivational Speaker & Trainer for fresher job seekers”. It is an Employment Exchange – A private non-profit organization that provides Employment Assistance to job seekers .This organization is meant for all fresher job seekers who do not get placed in their college campus and even for those who has no idea how and from where to start preparing themselves for IT companies just before college placements. Majority of the people get demotivated with time and tend to lose their hope for getting a job in IT industries. We connect to such freshers and help them out to reach their goal.
What we do
Our aim is to enhance those engineers thoroughly by providing an intensive program called “3PPP – (Pre placement preparation)” which can transform a jobseeker into a complete IT professional. It covers guidance on multiple areas such as Aptitude, Reasoning, Verbal,Fundamentals of Programming, Resume build up, IT Technical/HR Interview Questions preparation, Group Discussion,Personality Development, Mock Interviews, One to One guidance for Communication Skill & Live Projects. The kind of guidance & motivation we provide under this program works out as “One Stop Solution” for fresher job seekers. We concentrate mainly on those factors which are really required to get into ITs. We emphasize on overall development of the candidates. Special care is given to the candidates from rural,sub-urban,poor and underprivileged background to improve their skills and confidence. When there is no hope to rise we exist to arise you.
What we Believe
For getting a job in IT industry especially in MNCs, you don’t need to attend any exclusive & extensive training from anywhere. What you need is a bit of smartness and alertness level along with some sort of motivation as well as guidance. No one can help you out in getting a job until you start helping yourselves. Moreover it is “you” because of “you get job & success” in your life.
Why we
We entertain only 50 candidates on first come first serve basis twice in a year. We work hard for them from the day they contact us.We equally focus on those candidates in such a way so that all 50 can get their dream job as early as possible.We preferably serve to those folks who really has either financial crisis or they belong to rural or sub-urban background.All guidance and motivation sessions are managed by industry experts.
Post job, we provide the guidance on “How to survive and grow into IT world”. This covers under the program called “FIT-(Feel IT)”. As a part of this we provide the platform where you can get the feel of IT world just before you get into it.This is quite helpful for employees who are willing to grow faster as compared to others.We started this program for the sake of survival and growth of an employee because it is not only IT skills which shapes your career but at the same time you need to learn many non-technical skills to grow exponentially. We successively provide help, guidance & motivation even after you leave our organization after getting your first job because we believe in bonding that can help you and other jobseekers in future for their dream job .
